For our sales-based development model, there is no upfront development fee. Our fee is 10% + £0.40 per sale.

Do I need a finished brief?

No. Start with who your idea is for and what you want it to do. A few notes, an existing website or a problem you want to solve gives us somewhere to begin.

What happens after I get in touch?

We’ll talk through the idea and the questions around it. Then we can work out the scope, design direction and pricing with you before the build starts. You don’t need to make the technical decisions alone.

What if my website or software doesn’t take payments?

Tell us how it will be used. The per-sale calculator describes our sales-based model; it is not a quote for every type of project. We’ll explain the pricing approach for your website or internal tool before you decide.

What should I know about costs and ownership?

Alongside the development fee, we’ll discuss project scope, hosting, any third-party services and ongoing support. Ownership, payment terms and responsibilities need to be clear in your project agreement. The calculator is an illustration of the per-sale fee, not the complete agreement.

Can you help after launch?

Yes. We offer ongoing maintenance, improvements and 24/7 support for urgent issues. We’ll discuss the support arrangements for your project, including how to get in touch and what is covered.
